Manuka Honey– I really like the on the go packets to throw in bag or when I travel, since I do travel so much. However, Manuka Honey in general is a total multi-tasker with so many health benefits. Sun Potion’s Green Adaptogen – I love this blend of Suma, Maca and chlorella. You could buy any brand and mix this yourself, but this is super easy and a great way to up your energy intake.
