I love chocolate. I love Ghee. I would have never thought to combine these two obsessions. Thank god someone else is smarter than I.

However, I was drawn to their Ganache line and this one is OUT of this world. Their Gheenache (get it? Ghee Ganache. Clever) is overflowing with organic and biodynamic Cacao, Ghee and Phycocyanin Infused Salt ( they call it stardust. Cute).. Each jar is deliciously nutrient dense and chock full of bio-active compounds that nourish the digestive system (from the ghee), lubricate joints, elevate your mood and flood the body with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals (from the Cacao and salt).
I eat this stuff by the spoonful. It is SO delicious.
I highly recommend blending this into your morning matcha or coffee. SO good. This is also great to add to your Bulletproof coffee if you are into that whole thing as well. The Ghee will substitute as your butter. You will still need your MCT oil though (another post on that whole thing for another time).
